FAREWELL SHOW MARIE JOY AND MIKE DAVIES

On October 25th last year, Marie Joy and Mike Davies presented their farewell show at the Virgen del Carmen Theatre in Torrevieja. The theatre was packed, and the enthusiastic Audience was treated to an evening of what they all said was the finest Entertainment they had enjoyed for a long time.

The artistes performing in this unforgettable show were: Irish singing star “Aoife Leddy”, Dance Trio: “A touch of class”, the one and only “Geoff Hyde”, Torrevieja´s own “Orchestra Cecilio Gallego”, and of course “Marie Joy and Mike Davies.”

The show was for the charity S.A.T. (Sociedad Protectora para animales de Torrevieja) and the wonderful amount of 1500 Euros was raised for this very worthy couse.

The photograph shows Marie Joy and Mike Davies handing the cheque, recently received from Torrevieja Council, to the president Dave Moore, and several of the committee members of S.A.T.
