ALICANTE CONSULATE RE-OPENS IN NEW PREMISES
Following a successful move, the Consulate in Alicante is already offering consular support British nationals in cases ranging from serious detentions to stolen passports and welfare cases.
The telephone number is 965 216 022 but before calling or visiting the Consulate, a wealth of useful information can be found on the website www.gov.uk/world/spain.
Those who need to visit can find the consular offices on “La Rambla” in Alicante. The address is Rambla Méndez Núñez 28-32, on the sixth floor.
The British Consul Paul Rodwell said, “Feedback from British nationals has been overwhelmingly positive. My team worked very hard to make this move happen and I am confident that we can now offer better support to vulnerable British nationals who need our assistance.
“Being a very busy Consulate, I strongly recommend that people call us or visit the website first before taking up their time making a trip to see us, as the vast majority of enquiries can be settled over the telephone or by visiting www.gov.uk/world/spain.”
