VELVETONES SELL OUT CHARITY SHOW

Packed to the rafters – the sell out show for the Spring Collection ‘Songs from Shows’ was a huge success! Their chosen charity ‘Reach Out’ Torrevieja – which helps the homeless – was delighted to receive a cheque

for Euros 500 on the night! Tony Frost from the UK, thrilled the audience with songs from Les Miserables before a lively rendition of the Pogues ‘Dirty Ole Town’.

The Velvetones quartet did a few numbers before the Dance section boogied down with ‘Greased Lightning’ – to tremendous applause. Rob Serle from the Harmonisers their Comedic MC and qiuz master nearly stole the show!

The ladies would also like to thank Alberto from EL Paraiso, Jardin del Mar 3, Torrevieja – for allowing the ladies to practice each Wednesday morning and hold their shows.
