Along with two colleagues, he set out from Saint Jean-Pied-De-Port in France on the 4th May, to walk the ´Ways of St James´ over the Pyrenees to Logrono in Spain. The 180Km walk took 5 days and raised a total of €672.50 for our chosen charity Felix Mantilla skin cancer Foundation. They also raised a similar amount for a UK charity.
Our next Ladybirds monthly lunch will be at La Piazza restaurant La Fuente on Friday the 5th July at 2pm €10 per person inc wine all welcome.
