In addition to those crimes, the man also faces charges of disobedience and resisting authority, after he lunged at the arresting officers holding an iron bar in his hands.
The detainee had two dogs, both showing “obvious symptoms of abuse” as well as swellings and bruising. After successfully confirming that the man was the owner of the dogs, the officers enacted the arrest and detained him in custody.
