10/06/2013. A new system for the diplomatic legalisation of foreign documents was launched in Spain on Monday which will provide significant benefits to people needing to make use of this process. The main objectives sought by this new system are to further streamline the diplomatic legalisation procedure, contribute to the fight against document fraud, speed up administrative paperwork associated with immigration processes and facilitate the legalisation of documents for foreign and Spanish companies operating overseas.
