The Finance Minister Cristóbal Montoro, and the assistant Secretaries of the PP Javier Arenas and Carlos Floriano, will hold day two of the debate on the sustainability of wellness, economic recovery and political regeneration on Friday.

The Council of Ministers are to approve regulations of the Law on Recognition and Integral Protection of Victims of Terrorism, which fixes the amount and tenure of compensation, for damage and the support from the care system.

The secretary general of the PSOE, Alfredo Pérez Rubalcaba, will meets young college interns on Friday to discuss and make proposals on the present and the future of scholarships in Spain, after the current Ministry of Education tightened requirements to access them.

The transplant department at the Hospital Universitario La Paz in Madrid will be presenting a case study into complex leg transplantation, after a patient suffered serious injuries in a farming accident. The Guardia Civil are expected to release their latest data on animal abuse on Friday, detailing cases of beatings, neglect and malnutrition, as well as theft. The figures are expected to reveal a sharp increase in the number of recorded cases of abuse of dogs in particular.

The head of the International Film Festival of San Sebastián, José Luis Rebordinos, will preside over the official launch of the 61st event, to be held between the 20th and 28th of September, with Australian actor Hugh Jackman expected to figure as a key member of the film world.
