NURSING CONGRESS IN TORREVIEJA

Torrevieja is to hold the 5th Congress of nursing which will get underway tomorrow, Friday and continue through Saturday in the Centro Cultural “Virgen de Carmen’.

Torrevieja’s Councillor for health, Mamen Mateo, met with the President and General Secretary of the Valencia Nursing Organisation Cesar Rico Beltran and Pedro Samper, to walk through the venue and inspect the available facilities.

On Friday those attending will attend five different workshops while on the Saturday the sessions will include the quality of nursing care, post cardiac arrest syndrome and therapeutic hypothermia.

Almost 100 nurses and medical staff atended the annual Congress together with many nursing students .
