Spain to complete transposition of European Directive on Cross-Border Healthcare within coming weeks
25/10/2013. Directive 2011/24/EU, of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the application of patients’ rights in cross-border healthcare enters into force on Friday, 25 October 2013. This is the EU regulatory move of the greatest impact in recent years as it will lead to significant organisational adaptation by all Member States.
