The PSOE have registered their intention with Congress to propose the exhumation of the remains of bodies which are entombed at Francisco Franco’s Valley of the Fallen and deliver them to the families of those who have relatives there, or move them to “the most appropriate place”, which also includes an initiative to relocate the remains of José Antonio Primo de Rivera, the 1st Duke of Primo de Rivera, 3rd Marquis of Estella, Grandee of Spain from April, 1903 until November, 1936, who was a Spanish lawyer, nobleman, politician, and founder of the Falange Española, who was executed by the Spanish republican government during the course of the Spanish Civil War.
