There has been a renewed spark from UK buyers who purchased 630 units. This was followed by Swedish buyers with just under 400, Belgian buyers with just under 300, Norwegians and Russians with just over 250 each, and French buyers with around 200 Spanish property purchases.
The Russians are reportedly the biggest average spenders, usually forking out between € 300.000 and € 500.000 for a property in Spain.
