SANTA ARRIVES WITH SNOW

Father Christmas arrived in style with the cast of Snow White to The Christmas Shop in San Luis on Saturday. Crowds of children and their parents were waiting to greet Santa on this chilly but bright winters morning.

The cast of Snow White boarded the Christmas Shop Express throwing sweets to all those who are on Santas Nice list. A fun time was had by all in what now has become an annual Christmas tradition.

Snow White will be performed at the school of Music in Los Montesinos on Jan 9th and 10th at 7.30pm with a matinee on Sat 11th Jan at 2.30pm. Tickets are 7€ adult and 5€ child. If a group of 10 or more book to go on the same day then an adult ticket will cost €6.

The Rojales Pantomime group have put on a pantomime for the past 5 years raising thousands of euros for local worthy causes. Past productions include Jack and the beanstalk, Robinson Crusoe, Little Red Riding Hood, Aladdin, The Wizard Of Oz, and last year, Dick Whittington.

This years production Snow White and the 7 dwarfs has been written by Barry Cox who also appears as Snow Whites’ Nanny. Directed by Barry Cox and Christine Smith. It is a traditional family Panto packed full of comedic moments, including slapstick,with plenty of audience participation. “oh yes it is”
