MUSICAL DIRECTOR WANTED

A long established Theatre Group is seeking a musical director after the retirement of their present excellent MD. The group has a very long history of performing high class musical theatre and have been very fortunate to have had the services of two well know former Musical Directors who have proved conclusively that actors can learn well honed singing skills and perform to a high level.

Do you have the skills to control, cajole and motivate a group of people never thought that they could perform high standard musical theatre. We are looking for someone with the skills to lead and direct our music and who will ensure that our singing and chorus work is of high standard.

What the group is seeking is a new Musical Director who can continue to stretch and develop the singing and chorus skills of this group. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience is working with groups and taking control of their singing and being responsible for the musical contents of our shows.

We are a friendly group of expats who enjoy all aspects of live theatre. We enjoy a good social life in addition to our twice weekly rehearsals. Our past Musical Directors have always been an integral part of the theatre group.
