Still a top destination for both holiday makers and investors, the Torrevieja and Orihuela coastlines feature in the latest series of Channel 4´s A Place in the Sun.

Sue is quite right that there has not been a better time to buy property in Spain, with prices now starting to creep up once again, the existing range of permanent and holiday homes are at prices quite similar to the pre-boom years, but these bargains will not be around forever.
