Spanish Social Security System closes January with average of 16,173,610 contributors

The number of contributors to the system has risen by a seasonally-adjusted total of 35,500 – the best result since 2007 – and confirms a return to stability in the year-on-year rate (-0.04%). The Self-Employed Workers’ Regime grew by 0.99% on the previous year.
