BUS LINK TO THE HIGH SPEED TRAIN ANNOUNCED – AGAIN

Just a week after the Costa Blanca´s hoteliers resigned themselves to the fact that there would not be a connecting bus between Benidorm, Torrevieja and the high speed train network, train company Renfe and bus company Alsa have now resolved the issues with the service and promise that tickets will go on sale for the combined journey on Wednesday, with the service finally starting on Friday, the 8th of August.

With a raft of false promises and disappointment since the service was first announced earlier in the year, the link will now operate two daily services in each direction, and will run until the 8th of October-

“This new service enables guaranteed intermodal timetables, and combined prices for both a single and return ticket”, the latest press release reads.

According to Renfe, the service will stop at both the bus stations in both Benidorm and Torrevieja, and the beaches.
