PIPES AND DRUMS HELPING THE HEROES

Mark was appearing with The Torrevieja Pipes & Drums when they were taking part in the collection day for Help for Heroes at La Zenia, Torrevieja. After the initial session at Cosum car park the band led the British Legion Standards to the area where volunteers of this wonderful charity had erected the usual stalls to attract the crowds, with the hope of raising much needed funds for our Heroes fighting in modern day conflicts.
A total of just over 3000€ was raised to the delight of the organizers.
