SIITUATION AT ORIHUELA CF REMAINS CRITICAL

Spare a thought for local neighbours Orihuela CF where the financial situation remains critical. Indeed such is their plight that neither the reserves nor the youth team competed at the weekend in an effort to make available funds for the first X1.
Following the resignation of the entire Board last month the club is currently being managed by its employees who are seeking urgent assistance from the Town Council without which it will undoubtedly fold.

Despite their 2-0 defeat at Benigamin on Saturday the club currently sit in 3rd position in Tercera Grupo 6.
