The Campoverde Theatre group is busy rehearsing for their colourful and energetic show, LET US ENTERTAIN YOU, that will be performed at the San Miguel Casa de Cultura on Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2015.

This latest variety show has lots of well known songs, great dance routines and funny comedy sketches that is sure to have something for everybody. The show promises to be an evening of great entertainment as the Campoverde Company romp through a full and diverse programme.

This time the Theatre Group has nominated AMMA, Alzheimer’s Mar Menor Association as its chosen charity. AMMA has special relevance for the group as one of the founding members of the AMMA charity has been a long time member of Campoverde and has served on the committee of the theatre group for many years.

Louise Innes was very concerned that there were insufficient day care facilities for English speaking people suffering with advanced Alzheimer’s.

Together with other likeminded people, including Raquel Pena, AMMA was formed to provide quality day care and stimulation for people with Alzheimer’s in English and also to provide a much needed respite for carers who increasingly become socially isolated as they care for loved ones.

Please come along and enjoy a great evening out with the Campoverde Theatre Group’s latest show and support this important new charity. As everyone knows Alzheimer’s is a terrible condition that strikes people from every part of society.
