Property Market on the Up
The property market in Spain is showing further signs of recovery, as statistics reveal this week that there have been increases in both the number of properties sold, and the price.
In the Alicante province, the UK market is still the most important with 3,217 of the 16,443 homes sold to foreigners in 2014 being to UK buyers, an increase of 41%. However, the biggest increase has been in the Chinese market, which has grown by 63%, albeit with only 243 properties sold, the majority being valued at over 500,000 euro.
