Pascual Flores Returns

The schooner, Pascual Flores, beacon of the history of ship building in Torrevieja, has returned to her native port after being sent away for buoyancy work.

The ship arrived back in Torrevieja on Tuesday, ahead of the scheduled arrival on Thursday, and the town hall are now considering her future.

The ship is in a far worse condition that was first thought, despite millions invested in repairing the replica which contains some genuine pieces, with the crew having to stop every hour for twenty minutes to pump out sea water, despite the caretakers saying that she is in surprisingly good condition.
