Torrevieja Electromar Given Go Ahead
Torrevieja town hall has given the go ahead for this weekend´s Electromar music festival to take place at the Antonio Soria park.
The event will take place from 8pm on Saturday and run through until 8am on Sunday morning with some 40 artists performing on the three stages.
However, although the town hall has given permission for the leasing of the site, the organisers still have to provide all the necessary documentation, including liability insurance and a safety plan, as well as paying the fee to rent the municipal land.
Some 10,000 people are expected to attend the event, with tickets at 24 euro each, and so traffic will also be particularly bad around the area with roadblocks in place to ensure that potential problems relating to parties and traffic are avoided.
