A French motorcyclist has been hit with a 31,300 euro speeding fine, after activating a radar speed detector 140 times.
The biker first started his wave of speeding offences in November, 2014, although it was seemingly impossible to catch the dangerous rider as he had altered his vehicle´s registration plate so that is was not visible on the cameras.
However, after the record 140 occasions he was caught, the police did manage to track down the biker in the town of Bastia where the courts upheld the fines after the rider submitted an appeal in an attempt to still avoid paying the price for his actions.
