Guardia Civil traffic officer Francisco Morales is a busy man these days, what with being the Facebook webmaster of the successful N-332 road safety site, and now he’s become the new president of the Orihuela Costa’s Las Filipinas urbanisation. Francisco was nominated for the post by the FAOC (Federación de Asociaciones de Orihuela Costa-Alicante), and his main aim is to get all the nationalities within the community telling him about the problems and concerns they have, with the aim of making life even better.
