This issue looks at driving in snow, checking your lights, licence points, simple maintenance tasks, vision problems, blue lights, priority vehicles and more, including a sneaky look at the latest equipment being issued to the Guardia Civil, tablet computers and electric cars.

On the subject of electric cars we also talk about another police force who haven´t quite grasped the concept entirely.
