Listen to this articleUrban planning councillor Sergio Correas told the Información newspaper that there is a lot of interest in the area from developers, but that the council will have pay for the infrastructure work that the original developer did not do. The local residents association has in the past voiced concerns over the fact that local taxpayers will end up having to foot the bill to finish off the project. Correas has said that the council will take legal action to try to recover any costs.
