A British man living on the Northern Costa Blanca has denied downloading child pornography at a trial that started this week at the Alicante Provincial Court. At this week’s hearing, though, the unnamed man changed his testimony and said that he had not accessed the child pornography at all. Prosecutors are wanting a seven-year prison sentence if he is found guilty, but that could be reduced to just a year, if it is proven that he wasn’t going to distribute the obscene material.
