Two water drones that will be used to monitor the state of the Mar Menor were officially presented to local politicians, including San Pedro del Pinatar mayor, Visitación Martínez, yesterday.

One of the units will work on the surface of the Mar Menor, and the other will operate in the water to reach areas that have been difficult to access. They will measure water quality and fish farm stocks, as well as being able to be used in search and rescue operations.
