Another House Fire in Alicante

Fire crews across the Alicante province have been utilised to capacity recently, partly due to a number of forest fires, and partly due to an increase in the number of house fires.

The latest, in Alicante city, occurred on Monday, when a fire in an apartment block resulted in 14 fire fighters battling for 90 minutes to extinguish the flames.

Luckily, in this incident, there were 4 survivors, all of which had to be treated for smoke inhalation.
