Minor Tremor in Murcia Region

With its epicentre to the west of Elche, south of Jumilla, near a little place called Cieza in the Murcia region, another minor earthquake struck in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Occurring at 03:50 local time, the earthquake registered 1.6 on the Richter scale, a slight reduction on the magnitude 2 earthquake near Totana on Tuesday, and the 2.1 magnitude tremor in Torrevieja on Monday.
