Save Money with Eco Friendly Appliances
The Spanish Federation of Traders Appliances (FECE) has launched a new campaign encouraging homeowners to buy newer, more eco-friendly appliances, and, in doing so, save yourself a fortune on energy bills.
The FECE has created a series of posters which portray the values of energy efficient appliances, showing just how much money you can save by trading in your old white goods for newer, A+++ rated domestic equipment.
Having an A+++ rated fridge freezer, for example, can save you 182 euro per year on your electricity bills, as one of the posters brags, a tempting saving maybe, but of course you still have to go to the expense of buying one.
A washing machine of the highest ranking group can save you up to 63 euro on your annual bills, and if you use a dryer, trading that in could bag you an additional 136 euro saving.
FECE, the Spanish Federation of Traders Appliances, brings together more than 6,000 Spanish businesses that generates direct employment to more than 35 thousand people. It was founded in Madrid in 1980 by the different regional industry trade associations to represent the interests of national traders.
FECE includes a number of popular high street outlets, such as Expert, Euronics, Sinersis, Tien 21, and Master Cadena, amongst others.
