From 2016, the abuse became physical, with pushing, hair pulling or punching.

On April 16, 2017, when the son, 20, was sleeping in one of the rooms of the house, the accused entered the room with a hammer and hit him several times in the head. When the mother came to the defence of the victim, the man grabbed her hair and tried to hit her with the same hammer.

The public prosecutor requested a sentence of 35 years in prison for a crime of attempted murder, one of attempted murder, three counts of abuse and two threats.
