BRITIAN’S GOT TALENT 2013 FINAL: SIMON COWELL EGGED BY PROTESTOR

The Britian’s Got Talent final (#bgt) was invaded this evening as a protestor threw eggs at Simon Cowell and the other three judges from the stage.

The incident occurred during the performance of the Welsh brothers, Richard and Adam, an astounding rendition of the classic track “The Impossible Dream” from the musical “Man of La Mancha”. A woman ran through them as they were performing and began to throw eggs at Simon Cowell and the other judges.

The brunette appeared to be part of the orchestra whi were backing the brothers. She was dressed in black. Security took a few moments to take the intruder to task, probably thinking that it was all part of the act. Richard and Adam remained focused and completed their performance like true professionals.

Amanda Holden commented: “The only person with egg on her face is that stupid cow”, whilst Simon said to the boys who work in a sandwich shop, “I thought she was throwing sandwiches”.

Hosts of the show, Ant and Dec, congratulated the pair on completing their performance despite the confusion on stage.
