For the fourth time in only a year, the Spanish Minister for Defence and the Moroccan Minister-Delegate for National Defence met on Monday within the framework of close relations between the two countries on defence issues. On this occasion, Minister-Delegate Abdellatif Loudiyi was received in Madrid following an official visit by Minister Morenés to Rabat last year.
