As part of his trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the Minister for Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, spoke at the opening ceremony of the first day of the Dubai Global Energy Forum alongside the UAE Minister for Energy, Suhail Al Mazrouei, and the UAE Minister for the Environment and Water, Rashid Ahmad Muhammad Bin-Fahad.
