28/05/2013. The State Secretary for Defence, Pedro Argüelles, met Transport Minister, Daoud Ali Naafi, and Deputy Defence Minister, Enayatullah Nazari, in Afghanistan on the first day of an official visit to promote cooperation between the two countries.
