07/06/2013. Spain took part in the ‘Hope 2013’ European Healthcare Professional Exchange Programme again this year. This project is aimed at healthcare professionals working or interested in the field of healthcare management, and is led by the Secretariat-General of Health with support from the Subdirectorate-General of International Relations.
