11/06/2013. On Tuesday, the Minister for Defence, Pedro Morenés, made the first official visit by a Spanish defence minister to Kazakhstan after a visit planned for 21 May needed to be postponed following the death of three non-commissioned officers at the Spanish Legion base in Viator (Almeria).
