18/06/2013. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, José Manuel García-Margallo, attended the Spain-Algeria Economic Affairs Forum held in Oran on Tuesday. This forum, organised by the Spanish Consulate in Oran, the Mediterranean House (a public diplomatic institution associated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation) and Oran Province, is the third event of its kind to be held.
