24/06/2013. In collaboration with the General Commissariat of Intelligence of the Spanish National Police Force, officers from the French National Police Force arrested Joaquín Aranalde Olaondo and Beñat Atorrasagasti Ordóñez – both alleged members of ETA who were on-the-run at the time – in Hélette and Urugne on Monday in the Atlantic Pyrenees Department (64) of France.
