While speaking in the Lower House of Parliament on Wednesday to defend Royal Decree-Law 8/2013, of 28 June, on urgent measures to combat late payments by Public Administration Services and of support for Local Authorities in financial difficulty, the Minister for the Treasury and Public Administration Services, Cristóbal Montoro, said that, “by the end of the year, all government agencies will pay their suppliers at 30 days”.
