The Minister for Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, officially opened the 27th Telecommunications Conference on Monday; an event that is held every year at the International Menéndez Pelayo University in Santander. The minister stressed that the digital economy is one of the fundamental pillars for the process of re-industrialising the country.
