The President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, received the Secretary-General for Ibero-America, Enrique Iglesias, at Moncloa Palace on Wednesday, to discuss issues relating to the upcoming Ibero-American Summit that is due to be held in Panama on 18 and 19 November and the process of reforms in the Ibero-American system that was launched at the Cadiz Summit.
