The Joint EU-Mauritania Committee, which met this week in the Mauritanian city of Nouakchott, concluded its negotiations on the fisheries agreement signed between the two parties in July 2012 with improvements that will enable the return of the Spanish shellfish fleet to the Mauritanian fishing ground.
