26/09/2013. Officers from the Federal Police Force of Belgium have arrested the Spanish citizen of Moroccan origin, Ismail Abdelatif Al Lal, at his home in Vilvoorde (Belgium) under an International Arrest Warrant issued by the Criminal Investigation Court Number 2 of the Spanish National High Court on charges of forming part of a terrorist organisation.
