26/09/2013. As is now standard practice to coincide with the Ministerial Week, the meeting of Ibero-American Foreign Affairs Ministers was held on Thursday morning in New York. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary-General for Ibero-America, Enrique V. Iglesias.
