28/09/2013. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation attended the Global Counter-Terrorism Forum (GCTF) on Friday morning together with the other 28 member nations of this group. The “Memorandum on Good Practices for Assistance to Victims of Terrorism Immediately after the Attack and in Criminal Proceedings”, also known as the Madrid Memorandum, was formally adopted at this meeting.
