The Vice-President of the Government, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, officially opened the 31st International Book Fair (LIBER) at the Casa de Campo trade fair and exhibition centre in Madrid, which is being attended by Chile as the guest of honour nation and has a special section on e-books.
