The Government of Spain considers the statements made by the Chief Minister of Gibraltar, Fabián Picardo, in his speech on Wednesday 9 October at the United Nations Fourth Committee, to be unacceptable, due to its false content and serious defamation of the Spanish people, their authorities and the media.
