17/10/2013. On Friday 18 October, the President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, will open the 2nd Communication Forum in Panama, which brings together the top leaders of Spanish-speaking communication groups. This is a joint initiative by the Government of Spain and Grupo Televisa.
